RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. All  orders can be returned for full refund within 30 days of receipt. If an item has been worn or is not in its original condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

You will need to obtain a RMA  before sending your returned item back to NELSTAR SERVICES INC. Please contact us by email the return instructions.
